- Battery model — PowerAxis 16.6kWh or PowerCore 3.6kWh, and how many units.
- The problem — what's happening, and when it started. e.g. not charging, no output, inverter shuts down.
- BMS status — open the battery app → Status / Alarm page. Screenshot any alarm (cell undervoltage, overcurrent, over-temperature, low-temp charge protection…).
- Video or photos — indicator lights, the inverter display, or the fault as it happens.
Safety first: if you notice smoke, a burning smell, swelling or leaking — switch the system off at the breaker, keep clear, and contact us immediately. Never open the battery casing.
